The moisture content of the cardboard can be increased by using a wet water roller to wet the back of the cardboard and selecting glue with a low solid content. For high-strength corrugated cardboard, it is also necessary to equip it with full wood pulp cow bottom white card with better folding resistance.
Reasonable design of die-cutting plate: High-quality indentation steel wire should have moderate hardness, strong stability and smooth blade. The thickness of the indentation steel wire should not be less than the thickness of the paper, and the height should be equal to the height of the die-cutting blade minus the thickness of the die-cutting blade. Reasonable die-cutting plate design can reduce the problem of edge bursting.
Skills for spraying sealing glue: When using spray sealing glue, it is necessary to fully stir it evenly, place the nozzle about 20 cm away from the adherend, and move it at a constant speed at a 45-degree angle to the surface of the adherend to ensure that the colloid is uniform and appropriate. After spraying, it needs to be left to air for 1 to 3 minutes, and the specific time depends on the actual temperature. After use, the can needs to be inverted to remove the residual glue in the nozzle to prevent clogging.
